Such poses as Downward Facing Dog, the wedge can be put beneath your heels, or used beneath the hands in the Bow Pose for example.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth or dampen the cloth with an organic household cleaner such as a 50/50 organic apple cider vinegar & water solution. 

Set the wedge out to allow them to dry. Keep out of direct sunlight.
